Single-tooth restoration – screw-retained
Patients and their requirements are the focus. CONELOG® Abutments meet these challenges and make fabrication of functional, esthetic restorations of the highest quality possible.
Temporary abutment titanium alloy
A screw-retained temporary single crown restoration is performed with temporary abutments made of titanium alloy of the crown version. The tapered implant-abutment connection with three grooves acts as antirotational mechanism. The abutments can be veneered directly with plastic.
Titanium base CAD/CAM
Titanium bases CAD/CAM of the crown version are acting as a bonding base for customized single crowns and mesostructures made from suitable materials. Optical recording of the base is performed with the aid of suitable dental scanners with mounted scan abutments from third party suppliers. The digitally captured geometry is used for modeling and fabricating single crowns and mesostructures using CAD/CAM technology. The titanium bases CAD/CAM of the crown version are equipped with a tapered implant-abutment connection with three grooves as antirotational mechanism and are available in two gingival heights.
Bar abutments for COMFOUR®
CONELOG® Bar abutments can be provided with occlusal screw-retained crown restorations. The bar abutments, including the associated prosthetic components, consist of prefabricated components precisely matched to one another. The bar abutments, which are color-coded based on the implant diameters, are available in straight and 17° and 30° angled versions as well as in various gingival heights. An occlusal screw-retained single crown restoration can be fabricated optionally with a titanium cap for bar abutments, for crowns, or by using a crown base for bar abutments, for burn-out.
VARIO SR prosthetic components
The prefabricated CONELOG® Vario SR, prosthetic components precisely matched to one another can be used to fabricate occlusally screw-retained crown, bridge and bar constructions. 20° and 30° angled CONELOG® Vario SR abutments are well suited for bridging large implant axes divergences. Where bone volume is reduced and anatomical structures are unfavorable for implantation, the implants can be placed in the distal direction and an appropriate prosthetic restoration can be created.
